upload restriction

i am running 272 build and i am facing problem with uploading

i cannot upload jpg, exe files also even if i  upload 1mb to 5 mb or even less then 1mb zip/rar file once i cannot upload 2nd time it says some thing not allowed, then i logged in with another user and upload  twice i can same files

please can some body help me i did check this

but i dono how to do editing for this , i am not an expert or a developer but just learning if any body can help me.

if this is bug i can wait for 273 build then if it can be fix in 272 please advise me

since you were already using version 2.3 there is no need to go to the website, just use the "update" feature

i did tried , it never worked it didnt upgraded.

i downloaded and run 273 and it works fine and very great, you guys have done really very hard work

also please if you dont mind can you post me some link or code that i can edit in to my flash site (html code will do great ) post on my site of your guys which says some thing like powered by your team

Appricated for all the help, the site is on testing at the moment will bring it live soon as busy with work and doing it as part of learning experince.
