Http webpage not working`?

How can i get http template working and start browsing mine website?
I hyave min website complete finished but when i add it to the HFS i see mine
website folders on mine browser and not the website.
Am i doing something wrong here? and what didd i do wrong and how can i fix this?
what kind off folder names do i need on this HFS program?
Port is open and i have a dns host adress :  and this one.
but i might do something wrong here becouse it works when i type this down

it does not work i have already bin there and tried it out.
but i am done with this and il rent a hoster to do the work.

i have done axactly the same but the same thing
i see only folders on the browser showing upp and no index.html or
normal web adress.
i have tried all kinds off stuff but with no luck.
weird but true port is open and it works great but no web adress can be
showed upp.

1) Create a folder named "index" and fill in ALL the files on your site,

2) See the attached image and follow the chronology,

3) Open your browser and type your ip: "http://jobbsoker.no-ip.biz/".

It works perfectly, already tested, hello, French.

wow hey stupid me hey hehe it works!
i was so close but diddnt see in my Norway head.
Quistion? if i press on info.html then i gett a captcha file pops
upp and i must download it it is a php file for key generator.
if other visit website do they gett the same captcha download ore not?

HFS not supported .php,
change file .php to .html.
