Yes you can.
You'll have to use your Hamachi IP to serve (5.xxx.xxx.xxx), and people you want to share with will have to be connected to Hamachi and of course in one of your Hamachi group.
To access your server they'll have to open
http://5.xxx.xxx.xxxWhen going thru hamachi, you can normally listen on port 80 with HFS, that way the IP will be enough for your friends to connect to your server. (I mean you don't need to change port)
