I am having a problem with HFS. Please help!

Hi, I recently downloaded HFS, I learned about it from a friend. I have added some files to my server type thing, and when I access it locally, everything goes well. When a friend of mine tries to access it, they get a "Page Not Found" or a "Page Load Error".
I have followed the Instructions from here:
http://www.rejetto.com/wiki/index.php/HFS_Frequently_Asked_Questions_(english
)
And Also from here:
http://www.portforward.com/
I have setup a static IP, and have forwarded port 80, but the problem still persists.
Can anyone help me on this problem?
Thanks,
Frankie

try forwarding a random port above 1024, it is possible that you isp blocks incoming connections on port 80.

I tried that, I forwarded port 2000, and the self test still doesn't work.
What does that mean?

when you forward port 2000 on the router, you should set port 2000 on hfs too.
and re-do the self test
