Deletion

I know I can upload from a computer to computer. What I want to do is use my second comp as a server hardrive for my network at home. Is there a way to delete them with HFS, because I would rather do it that way that access the computer in the storage closet.

More like move files from folder to folder.

And is there a way to upload a whole folder with files in them?

You cant with HFS but you can with shared folders in windows.

right, if you are working in LAN and has such needs, you should consider shared folders or FTP
