Fature request Import and export Members Filesysteem

everytime a new version of HFS do came out or with a clean system install you have to manuel edit the users for hfs.

Is it possible to make a new option Export Users to a file systeem and Import that User file again withe a new install of HFS.

backup File system ln hfs lost the most time all user accounts.

just because User accounts are not in the File system!

if you save options to registry, you will not lose anything.
if you save options to file, just make sure you don't delete hfs.ini
