I have a problem with HFS, I have forwardet a port and I use the same port in HFS, when i use my router IP 192.168... I am able to see which folders I share, but my buddies cannot connect to me when I send them the external IP adress, how come?!

ensure you forwarded the right way, following a guide on www.portforward.com

then, you can use the self-test to know when you did the right thing, without asking your friends.
