Hello,
Thank you for your work, Sorry, I speak far from English because I am French.

I would like to know if it would be possible to add an option of auto saving all X minutes.

Because if the software bug, or our system, one loses all static.

In fact I transformed the software into "services Windows", gold when the stop of a service is asked for, the software in spite of the option "to safeguard while leaving" to notch.

Thank you for your assistance.

What is it that you want to auto save in X minutes?

Yes serveur, Forlder, Statistique and option...

Because at the time of the cut of the logitiels by an order:

"taskkill.exe/IM hfs.exe".

HFS is not safeguarded.

It is necessary to safeguard to leave by using the cross.

However when it is in services, one do not have access to the interface.  Thus only orders it possible is "taskkill.exe/IM hfs.exe" or stop the services.

Or the statistique is not save.

Same if the order/F "to force" is not to indicate (for taskkill)

Thank You.

Sorry, I am not good in English.

hmm, wait, maybe it is your fault
you should try STOPPING the service, not killing it
you can do it via GUI, or by command-line (net stop servicename)
try and let me know

Sorry for the reponse time.

With command-line net stop "hfs" (hfs is my service Name).
However, it does not safeguard the statistics.

I already tested:
--> net stop hfs

--> taskkill.exe/IM hfs.exe (without "/F "thus with clean closing)
--> taskkill.exe/IM /F hfs.exe (closing to force).

With each time the data are not to safeguard.

I think that the request for safeguard, in your code is not in the génèrale part.
And thus not accessible to all the orders from stop.
It must be only put in the part of the cross or the menu to stop.

records every 5 minutes automatically will be a good compromise.  In the worst case the one lose a little statistics, but not very when the waiter is to launch since 1 or 2 days.

Sorry for my English. I help use of Google.

It is me which wrote.  I am to create an account.

I have to even test, while decontaminating, the confirmation of closing.

And still not of safeguard
Sorry, for my English expression, I am a French student.

If I understand you correctly maybe then why not click on:

 Menu --> Start/Exit--> (make check mark on) Auto-save VFS on Exit

Would this not save what you want when closing down the service?

But perhaps I misunderstand you as you do request an auto-save every X number of minutes which would be a nice feature for some to protect your VFS but if you  are changing VFS by adding files and folders manually while running service then why not just click Menu and Save File System  ...since you only need to do this for virtual folders and not real ones such as the Upload folder or other real ones.

Just my two cents.

But I understand the feature you request would be useful for security reasons or others, safety just in case of accidental error or shutdown or power outage ect.  ;)

Personally I hope to see a working robots.txt to block certain abusive download managers which make far to many requests way to fast and don't play by the rules sometimes resulting in a lockup of HFS were I can't manually shutdown except by killing the process even after it is turned off!  8O  :cry:  But that is another subject and offtopic and I know is in to do list but I understand rejetto has a lot of hard work and these things take time.  I am happy to say though that I don't suffer from ProcessQ bug for quite some time now and he has worked hard and for a long time to track down and kill the bug and is getting real close from the sound of last posts I read.  In any case this is a great program and I much appreciate all his hard work.  When or if I make some money from my site I plan to donate $ to this great project as I would gladly pay for it if I had to buy it in a store.  It is in my opinion one of the best programs I have ever used and I'm not saying that to brown nose, I am serious. ;)  I will donate one day only if to try to pay a little back for the enormous amount of time you put into this project.  B)
Using this program to make a site for myself has kept me sane for the last 1 year or so.  Okay I will stop ranting and going off on a tangent now.  ;)   :P

Peace,

Azag
