MP3 handling issues
on:
March 22, 2011, 04:17:34 PM
I have an issue with mp3's. When I download an mp3 from any browser nothing happens. After a minute or so the mp3 begins downloading. (it begins downloading in the browser once hfs is done). Now on HFS It was downloading all the time, however once it starts on the browser HFS creates a new download thread for the mp3.
So um... help?
I'm using 2.2f it does it on 2.3 as well.

which browsers did you try?
on how many computers did you try?
suggestion: with HFS 2.3 try click Menu > debug > temporarily reset options
and see if the problem persists

sounds like the hard drives are in "sleep mode" when you click on download , so the hard drives have to spinnup before you can start the download.
is it the same when you download a new file after the first one.

I've tried chrome, firefox, IE7/8.
Hard drives do not sleep. The debug option did nothing to change this.
I've tried many different computers from different networks across different cities. same thing. I'll post a vid of it in action when I get home.

1. what about the option i told you?
2. what if you use HFS on a different computer?
3. consider giving me a private access for trying. You can send it to support@rejetto.com
