how to limit upload speed?

If the server is uploading, that means the user is downloading.

Menu -> Limits -> Speed Limit

i mean client uploading to server. its always uploading at full speed even i set on [limits] - [speed limit]

Menu -> Limits -> Speed Limit -> is for client downloads only.

There is no Speed Limit for client uploads as nobody really thought it was necessary.  It's up to Rejetto.

i already studied this feature in the past, and i think it requires rewriting the http engine.
being it a lot of work, and very few people needing it (i think last request was 3-4 years ago), i fear it will never come.
