Guys, I am so frustrated. I am trying for days now, no luck!

I am behind a router. I can access HFS through http://localhost and my LAN IP address, but neither from another Computer in my LAN nor from one on the outside.

I tried it on various ports, even disabled my routers firewall, disabled the Windows XP SP2 firewall. Still no luck. I can't believe!

Someone knows what to do? Please help!

Cheers!

That's not that easy, unfortunately... NAT is configured as it should work.

It doesn't even work to access HFS from another client in my LAN, which makes me think Windows is blocking incoming connections at all. But even completely disabling the Windows firewall has no effect.

That thing drives me crazy  ??? ??? ???

Forgive me if I'm wrong but I thought that NAT was for out going connections not incoming? anyway that doesnt matter if its not working on your lan aswell..

you don't have any other firewall software or anything that you think could be blocking the connection? Can you ping your computer from another computer on your lan?
