How use Turbo Delphi compile sources ?

The Turbo Delphi not use Third Party,so I can not compile.

Edit: I dont think that english is your first language, so if you can tell me what your first language is ill have a look for a tutorial for compiling Delphi.

Because the compile HFS have many string in ASCII.
So I want use translated sources code compile.

it's not normal, there is no "ftmExceptionForm" at line 41 in hfs.dpr file.
please attach on the forum (click additional options) your hfs.dpr and defs.inc
