appling the orange and blue template

Hi guys
I'm ENTIRELY new to editing any kind of software.
Could you post detailed instructions on how to do it?
i've applied the inital changes the .tpl file and have edited
the **** SOMETHING **** to what i want and it has worked
but when i get the background i have no idea what to put where
could someone help me out

That template was my very first template that i made when i was a newbie to HFS. The background image simply goes on the home of HFS (the top level), along with the mp3 player. I plan to quickly update that template tomorrow with all the latest stuff, while i wait for Giant Eagle to finish the ToG version of the Check Update feature.
