Hello, when my friends downloading files from my HTTP server, the speed is no more than 62 kb/s. If uploading files to my Http server the speed is about 400 kb/s. And it no depends from wich place they are downloading or uploading. For exapmple England or Russia, everything is same. How to make downloading speed faster than 62 kb/s, What i need to do?!
