i just installed a test platform for beta22.
i want to see if the processQ bug appears.
if you want to help me testing, just download from this address:
http://151.100.50.236:100/OOo_1.1.4_Win32Intel_install.zip
it is 64MB but you don't need to complete the download, you can just abort when you like.
but more you download, sooner the test will end.
anyway, it is the last version of OpenOffice for Windows, you may find it useful.

the speed limit is set to 200K/s, but if many other people is downloading while you are, you may find the speed to be much lower. never mind, it is just a bug test, not a speed test.

Whenever the server becomes available, you want us to download that file then what?  Report back to you on how the download went?

i just lowered the speed limit to 100K/s
so it is easier for the speed limiter to get full, thus improving the test

.
Well I gave it a good workout.

A stand-alone download with Opera then...

5 Downloads at the Same Time - with Internet Explorer, Netscape, Firefox, Opera, and a Download Manager.

Server didn't crap out.  All downloads were completed successfully.

Did 5 downloads this morning. Suddenly all 5 stopped. Now the server seems dead...  :(

the computer has been rebooted
i don't know why
it's good to know that is not an HFS fault, but this invalidates our test
anyway, my hope is great, because it lasted 15 hours and moved 1.5GB
i'll setup another test platform soon

It happened while I was downloading... If it is an NT based system, you should check the sysevents log. Maybe the machine had a BSOD (blue screen of death) and was configured to auto-reboot.

But just for your interest rejetto - The test I did in local LAN (as mentioned in the 2.0beta sticky) was successful. All five downloads completed successfully. No crash.
