Why so slow ?

Hello,...
I have test it and when anywhere try to download files of me...than he has only  10-15k/s...
--> with DSL

can you help me please ?

when people download from you, they will be getting your upload speed.....

so if you can upload at 20 then they will only be able to download at 20, and the more downloaders then the slower there download speeds

do you reach higher speed using other ways?
if no, then it may be your maximum upload speed
download & upload speeds are not equal with ADSL
my upload speed is 50 and my download speed is ~400
