rejetto, i have an idea - add a feature which scans all VFS and makes a report if any files or folder is no more at same location or just was deleted. I mean a feature that automaticaly shows invalid liks and gives easy way to edit the URL entry.
Function like Winamp's "Remove all dead files".

2.0 beta 19 @ www.rejetto.com/temp/hfs2.0beta19.zip

please, report "processQ" errors

beta19
+ better "open folder" dialog
+ File Menu -> "Edit resource"
* file tooltip -> before: "Users" displaying local settings, now: "Access for" displaying the lock in a recursive way
- requests from banned ones were logged, now ignored

Why have you not updated the firs post with the last beta?

Is too difficult found the last of it.

HFS uses HTTP Basic AUTH, you have to close your browser to logout...
HFS can't do anything against that, sorry...  :?
Correct me if I'm wrong rejetto...  B)

 Feature request :
make on option in the right-click menu  to "browse" REAL folder with Windows explorer, as well as F9-IE

 Idea :
A. Within the template  - add integration to a local VNC server (such as a link/button at the bottom). This way a user can choose (if allowed) to view the whole desktop with this free remote access software.

B. In a "link-type" VFS entry - Have a possibility to use the local IP (also used by HFS) to build an access pint/link to another server running on the PC. Example:
URL = http://%ip%:1214  - access the KaZaa "server" share folder

 Bug :
there is a small bug:  when using the format http://<ip>:<port#> as a link definition in HFS, in the remote IE interface -  it does NOT show or use the port # at all  :(

FR: it is already there, it is called "run it"

IDEA: you already can do it. just make a like to the port 5800 where VNC has a web server with java applet

BUG: it works correctly here. i made a link to another web server on port 123, it was displayed on the screen by IE and then it worked like a charm.

OK, you are right (as usual...), some notes, though

FR:
right, but maybe rename it to "open it" - so it will fit both files & folders

IDEA:
A. right again... what was confusing me - was the incorrect display of the tooltip on HFS defined "links" .  "file/path name" - is mis-leading. may be you can fix that to either not show anything, or try to detect correctly the REAL filename at the and of the link-"path" if any.

B. still if will be useful - for those who do not have domain names - to have a %ip% symbol to use inside link.

Bug:
right. it works . sometimes, at first  it does not. probably - IE problem.
