are you sharing the LPT or a printer?
if you are sharing the printer, as far as i recall, you can set the printer on a COM port

I want to share regular RS232 COM Port. The printer is DOS Based and know only to write to COM2.
I have two computers, One printer. With LPT Port, it's simple to share via local netowrk, when it comes to RS232 - I am not sure it is possible.
