Edit: with ISO Date Format:
Code: [Select]
@media (max-width:480px) {li span:last-child {width:5em; height:1em; overflow:hidden}}
Removes the last character of day.  Break--Can't tell the date.  Surely there is a bug in HFS.exe's almost ISO date format?

Two options.  Let me know which works at your locale?
1).  Just the wee portion that works here (maybe not there).
2).  Or shrink the size/date font dramatically on the phone screen.

I re-uploaded, with 2 different methods to knacker the verbose timestamp.  Both are in the zip file.

Alternative for separate section script

button onclick %sym-lazyload%

[sym-lazyload|cache]

Benefits:  no extra get; good integration; bandwidth savings (script not sent until button clicked)

Except for photo-viewer, what I'd like to see is ui buttons like this:
button onclick %sym.function%

[sym.function]
<script runs immediately

Because this doesn't require several different versions nor separate files.  Scripts don't load until ui button clicked.

I promise that this works much better than caching.  And, it is more usable than separate files, for sure.
And, you can also do caching--just modify above to sym.function.ext and then events file cache the .ext of your choice for however long seems suitable.

I was just thinking about the picture viewer

Here's Mobil-Light v5, with picture viewer, more filetype icons, animated hourglass, efficiency settings, ISO date setting, noscan, autoban, filename unicode fonts, adaptive font sizing, file area background, red upload indicator, adaptive margins, auto.error.handler.v2, and a single new theme for consistent display.

I love the shuffle audio player.  By now, I though it was standard though.
Archive as zip would be cool, and surely is more broadly useful than the .tar archives.

I love the shuffle audio player.  By now, I though it was standard though.  So, go ahead and restore that function.
It was never removed except in audioplayer_light(minimalistic)

I have added shuffle to the editable vars. Set it to true. I hope, this helps.

That really does help.  I use the shuffle player almost every day.

P.S.
Not sure how useful the archive feature is, because modern expectation is to use the content, from the server.   I probably would use the archive feature someday... but my users?  No, they probably just want the files to play.

Tile theme on PC
« Reply #131 on: October 08, 2019, 05:47:49 AM »
When the tile theme is on PC, I think you need adaptive margins and adaptive tile size.
There's 4 things:
Too many of too-small tiles fit on high resolution PC screen.
Connections are divisions of internet speed rate.
Hfs.exe is single threaded.
onerror="this.src='%item-url%'"

Mainly, hfs will easily support up to 9 tiles per screenfull.  This is why Throwback-Photo version has column layout with large thumbnails.  However, for tiles layout, you'd need bigger adaptive tiles and bigger margins, so as to limit the number of concurrently loading tiles to approximately 9.  Topbanner and taller menu can also help reduce concurrent load of tiles.

Meanwhile, there is the modern expectation that every click will play without download/puzzles extra interstage efforts.  The sole/only problem in that is HEVC-X265 video.  It does not play when you click.   Is there a graceful way to resolve that?

thanks for review. Add:
Code: [Select]
@media (min-width:480px) {.grid li, .grid li>img, .grid li div {width:256px;height:256px} .grid li{margin:2%}}
h265 works for me in Edge
