HFS is set to 127.0.0.1 for NGROK.
When I start uploading files HFS interface freezes in 10 seconds.

this looks more like a problem with the file type your trying to upload, ill double check hfs to see the file types that are baned, such as the .md5 file ....
With the move to hfs 3.0 and github. I'm using Unraid and HFS 3 as a docker. Any File Mentioned is now removed from my google drive.

Do you have an antivirus installed?. If yes, then I bet your antivirus may be causing that delay, since it's obviously configured to scan any new file (like when you upload a file). Try temporally disabling your antivirus, and see if that 'delay' continues or disappears. If Well, that's only a possibility...

Did you tried using Firefox?... (instead of using Chrome). And also, did you tried uploading another type of file? (for example, if you were uploading EXE/DLL files, try now uploading a MP3 or video file, and see if this continues). Or may be is a Windows 10 fault, and not a HFS or NGROK issue, it's hard to tell what can be causing that delay...
