Another Speed Problem!

First I created topic for slow downloading speed but now I understood that hfs was running with standard user permissions after running as an Administrator user problem solved
but now I have a new problem max speed of uploading file is 20-30kb/s?
In all computers I have this problem

We need a little more information to help you...
What O.S. are you using? (Windows XP, Win7, 8?),
HFS version?, is your connection wired or WiFi?, etc.

I'm using windows7 ultimate
computers are connected via wired cable & a router
router have no limition
hfs limition is disabled
all computers have same updates
hardware of all computers are same
there are more than 50 computers connected together
no firewall is used
ip of computers in the network starting with 192.168.101.x
hfs build 292 is using

With the move to hfs 3.0 and github. I'm using Unraid and HFS 3 as a docker. Any File Mentioned is now removed from my google drive.

I understood that program should run as administrator & I did that before,download speed is good but upload speed still slow!!

it is possible that your "ISP" is limiting you uplad to prevent users like us"hfs" to self post with out paying money for bandwith...
use speed test and check you uplaod cabilites...
