About webmoney - I need not ID, I need Z account. For example: Z123456789 - you can create any nimbers of accounts (Z - means USD)

It accept credit cards. You can use your credit card or bank account for receipt real cash. Very good thing. As paypal. I am sorry, but I am not able use paypal because russian peoples is not able use paypal for receipt money and I don't can activate my credit cards. ... easy paypal is not like Russian peoples.
