Hey,

Yesterday I setup succesfully my first webpage. All worked fine, and I've already transmitted 4GB, in only 3 hours yesterday.(yeah, fast internet;)) But now I start my pc, after it was off all night, and I want to setup my server again. But I get an error message: Cannot open port. It is already used by another software. I did netstat -an, in cmd prompt. About port 80 it says: listening. What should I do? I want to setup my server again:( Please help me.

Bastiaan

sorry for the late reply.
HFS 2.3 also states what program is using the port, i guess you are using 2.2
Most times port 80 is taken by skype.
If you don't find it, you can use tcpview or cports, free utilities.

In 272 hfs doesn't specify the software using that port, but this is pretty strange? I just opened hfs once, only once hfs process running in taskmanager.....
Please help me, I want to have my website online:(

i don't see why that dialog should be related to HFS.

if HFS doesn't show it, you can use the programs i told you.

Yes I did, it says port 80 is only used by HFS, and when HFS is off, port 80 isn't used...
