Hey recently when people download from me the files stop a bit shy of 700mb.
Example:
Quote
"Fully downloaded - 699.85 MB @ 15 KB/s -
699.47 MB @ 15 KB/s
696.56 MB @ 15 KB/s"
Now all files were 700+ MB ,this happen to all 5 files.
Thank You

1 how many people had this problem?
2 how big is the real file?
3 are these 5 files of same size?
4 what software was used to download?

Downloaded with regular windows, the files were all over 700mb like seen above, and the 2 people that tried to get the files had this problem.

713,274KB/1024KB=696,56MB
715,842KB/1024KB=699,06MB

So no problem?

PS. If files seem corrupted that's probably from the download method (it's happened to me), and you should try download managers that pre-cache the file size.

kalispimenta, i agree with kremlin, your files should be ok.

you are a victim of stupid scientists who thought that using thousands made of 1024 instead of simply 1000 was cool :)

in case you are sure that the downloaded files are corrupted, then report it please

Well actually the people downloading the files were in Portugal,I'm in the states tough ;D ,anyway it was a movie file and they miss the ending. It's hard to tell if the file was corrupted because we use VLC (it plays anything). Because the files had different sizes it made me believe it stopped some how

you should try downloading yourself, locally.
see what MB size comes out, and see if the file is complete.
