Hits problem

I just started to use it 2 days ago, this is really a great software! It has almost everything I need for my server.

At first everything went pretty well, but there is a minor problem about hits on template--it stoped counting.

I use real folder in 2.3 beta, and I read some article on the forum and it seems real folder hits count was not available before 2.0? But there is already 18 hits for one folder and it just stoped counting.

I don't know if it's because of some careless change made by me. Any idea?

please be very specific about which counter stopped working for you.

I have 9 folders and each counter of them works strangely
now they seem to count hits for some users' request and ignore the others

Please tell me
- where is the counter you expect to see raising
- what action are you performing that should raise the counter
