Increase download speeds?

Hi there...

I have currently set up HFS on my dedicated server, everything is working fine. The port is 8080 as 80 is already being used by my website.

My question to you... I use HFS as a server for different users, that each have there own access. They CAN download from HFS without any problems, but it seems to be limiting the download speed to around 150KBs?? The server itself has a 100mbit connection, and when people download from the website, they get what speed their internet can handle. Most of the time anyway.

My average download speed is around 300KBs, but it limits me to 150KBs. This is not a LAN server, I am currently renting the server.

Any ideas on how I can get rid of the limit would be greatly appreciated.

what build are you using?
if your not using build #161 try that as Rejetto improved the upload speeds.

Hi Gaffa. I know of the speed problem, and i'm currently working on it.
It would be very useful if you help us by testing beta versions on your server.
I don't have such a fast connection so it's very hard for me to make tests, and this slows down the fixing.
