Preliminary results show it working from a cold start of HFS. Good work as usual; just in case it arises again I'm not going to lock this, after updating to 142 everyone, are you able to access the folders that were previously not resolving.
This is going to take a long time

This same bug appears to have manifested itself again.  I use the HFS Live 2 template, and have started having this problem ever since I loaded build 144.  Build 143 and all earlier worked perfectly.  I can't even access my site with build 144 and HFS Live 2 template.  Browser just hangs at waiting for...and hfs hangs with replying...  The number of files and/or folders has nothing to do with it, because I can remove all files and still have the same problem.  Hitting refresh always gives the same result.

HFS and all browsers (IE6, Firefox, and Opera) all eventually give up and all I end up with is a white screen.  This has never happened before.  And to top it all off, everything works perfectly with the default template, Terayon, and TOG.  Anyone have any ideas as to what may be different in HFS Live 2 template or what changed in build 144 that could be causing this?

If anyone needs more info, please let me know.  I have no idea where to really begin since I have never experienced this before.

This sounds like a different bug.  Rejetto said it was a Missing check in the code and was related to the icon cache.  But anyway, the symptoms you posted don't really match this.  Eventually it always worked, and it never gave a blank page.  It just stopped the loading processes and reset the progress of the page load.

If indeed this only occurs in HFS Live it should probably be moved there.
I havent upgraded to 144 because I'm not at home, I'll let you know my results.

Rejetto mentioned something in the beta section that basically made me believe it is a problem somewhere in the latest build.  Thanks for the additional information and clarification.
