[closed] "NEW" isn't showing ... a small bother

Hello to U all,

As I mention, whatever the value entered Virtual File System ---> Flag Files --> enter n# of minutes or leave blank that doesn't show .
Nothing to do with me messing around with the template I hope ..

Check your template.  Maybe the section [newfile] is missing.
