How to add icon into.. icon folder?

Hello, I want to add other icon folder or brows add-in icon or image from harddisk (my stock icon) and other icon from file / png / ico / gif / icl ?? to change virtual and real folder icon. What the way to add it?

at the moment the "add icon" is all you can do
