FireFox tries to download image to hdd (and open with external browser) not just open it (IE does it right). I have default mime settings.

There is no such problem with other servers. I must set something in HFS or its bigger problem?

i use default mime setings without alteration

mime-types=*.htm;*.html|text/html|*.jpg;*.jpeg;*.jpe|image/jpeg|*.gif|image/gif|*.png|image/png|*.bmp|image/bmp|*.ico|image/x-icon|*.mpeg;*.mpg;*.mpe|video/mpeg|*.avi|video/x-msvideo|*.txt|text/plain

hmm, this happens because Opera/IE sends
Quote
Accept: application/x-shockwave-flash,text/xml,application/xml,application/xhtml+xml,text/html;q=0.9,text/plain;q=0.8,video/x-mng,image/png,image/jpeg,image/gif;q=0.2,text/css,*/*;q=0.1

including jpeg
while mozilla
Quote
Accept: text/xml,application/xml,application/xhtml+xml,text/html;q=0.9,text/plain;q=0.8,image/png,*/*;q=0.5

i don't know what to do
i will re-read the RFC about the Accept header field
