I don't really know how to explain this, but it seems that HFS works only on my laptop. I have the same settings (different ports though) The ports are forwarded correctly. The DynDNS ip is set to the same on both computers, using only one at once.

It gets access to the ip, but when I try to open the VFS it won't go. It works perfectly on my laptop.

Any help is appreciated.

EDIT: It seems like it only works on wifi, but not on wired network. Which is quite un-practical as I don't plan to use my laptop as a server.

"The test is successful. The server should be working fine"

I tried changing the already static IP into a static DNS IP, still the same.

SOLVED

ESET Smart Security automatically blocked HFS. I had to set the firewall mode to "interactive", allow the connection from HFS, and then make it a rule. Now it works beautifully.
