Qutoa function.
not only bandwidth limit KB/user.
qutoa limit.

eg.
GB/month limit on user basis.
So if I want a user to have access in full speed.
but is only allowed to download/upload a total of GB I have specified for that user.
also if it not already there.
Max User account size.
So he can only upload files i that total amount I have specified for that user.

These features are not available yet. Now in to-do list.
A good programmer would be able to create them by using template macros in version 2.3 (available in the beta forum).
