How can I change target destination for the template file system icon??

Hello everybody,

I have changed all of the destination target to an external. For example ~style.css I have changed to blablabla.bla/~style.css. I can change all of things but not the file system icon. The file system still not show. How can I change the destination source for the file system icon that reference to?
