crashes by download accelerators

Many times when someone uses a download accelerator to download, HFS simply Hangs and/or crashes. I limited the number of simultaneous connections from a single IP address to 1 but still have the problem. Even if I ban a certain IP number and it sends dozens of requests to my server, it hangs and crashes.

it sounds strange to me, other users here gets many connections.
what version are you using?

sorry for the late response,
I'm using the latest version 2.1d .. but the problem was there since much earlier versions.
by the way, I'm using HFS in a local network.
