speed troubles

when someone downloads file with 1 stream - the speed is good (smth about 4-5Mb/sec)
But when he uses 2 streams for single file- the speed for each of the streams is very bad (0-128KBytes/sec)

No limits is set in HFS.
100mbit LAN

never saw such problem with even 10 streams.
it likely depends on your system.
try describing which software was the client, and HFS version.
if you tell me how to reproduce the problem on my system, i can work on it.
