Someone using your stuff decides to go and steal material from GameFAQs.

Action must be taken, but because of the setup with this, I am unfamiliar with how to go about it.

All I know is that the guy responsible will not remove it by himself.

I apologize for posting twice, but I can't edit my posts.

It appears he's also using it to post illegal roms, as shown here:

...yeah....and so what? he is doing this by himself, no one besides he, is responsable for this share, the software he is using to do, really don´t matter, could be any other, a ftp or a msn messenger, apache, iis....

it does not even scratch the reputation of any rejetto or anyother software...

Well, I would hope one of you would be able to do something.  Look at the very bottom of his page.  It's got a link that goes directly here.  I would assume you guys did that with your software to show he used yours.

i understand you may be not a technician, so i will explain better: is as if you saw an illegal material burnt on a recordable CD with Sony written on it (the brand), and you ask sony to stop it.

1. the link is there just as an advertisement (and can be easily removed)
2. i can do nothing about it, sorry
