Problem with the Dl Speed

Hi, firs of all, I just awanna say that this HFS is very great and useful.

Anyway, I have a little problem with the downdload speed. I'm downloading from a friend a file, but the speed is about 7ko/s. I'm used to download with a speed of 60ko/s, as I'm on ADSL 512. My friend too has the same connection.

So, what I have to do or to change to have the download higher ?

Okay, I understand. It's due to the upload speed, wich is only 128.
So now, I download with a speed of 16, wich is quite nice XD !
