List index out of bound exception

I always encounter list index out of bound exception. Can any one tell me what is the problem?

this is just a suggestion, I dont know if it will work, but try doing a disk cleanup...  which means cleaning your temp, cached, recycle bin!  Then re-run HFS and see what happens.

Click START | PROGRAMS | ACCESSORIES | System Tools | Disk Cleanup

this is a known bug, but no one has been able to tell me how to reproduce it.
i met it only twice in months, but i would like to fix it.

And I met it twice yesterday, and still cannot tell you howto reproduce it... :cry:

It occurs when some one downlaoding from my machine, especially at the middle of the downlaod of a multi-thread downloading.

I think, you shall just try to locate where there is possible locations for the error of 'out of index'.
