HFS 2.3 b288 freezing during download

During downloading files HFS freezing so i even can't open itself, nor open web page on localhost or remote host.
As soon as download stoped - all works fine.
I tried to reset VFS and all settings but this didn't help me.

With old version  there wasn't such problem

Is there any way where i can get older version?

are you downloading on the same computer running HFS, over a LAN, or over the internet?

I'm downloading over my LAN.

i don't know, this kind of problem should happen only when you are on the same computer.
