Persistan connection problems

K.. im not 100% sure if it is just http 1.0 or hfs BUT...
I had persistant connections UNchecked, and when people try to download animes from me (~170mb) ... they get disconnected after a few minutes. When persistant connections is checked.. there is no problem with this.

ok... think I found a bug for 1.5e
It turns out not to have anything to do with persistant connections being checked or not...
I upload at around 200-300 kbsec with my edu connection, and usually around 6,295,818 bytes sent, the connection will start to flounder... dropping to 0 kbsec upload, then kinda jumping back up until it finally just stops sending alltogether. (with persistant connections)
(without persistant connections)
it will just end up disconnecting the user after a while...

im running 1.5e on XPpro, and previous version 1.5 seemed to work just fine... right now I am gonna test out 1.5c

Dump Requests in the log window if activated.. reproduces the error in 1.5e also... If unchecked it seems to run fine.
