HFS ~ HTTP File Server / Remote order to download and remote orders to pc via HFS

First of all HFS rulez, really easy to use and reliable software , thank you Rejetto for writing this masterpiece
Now for questions:
1. I understand that i can upload from remote location thats cool, but can i command HFS server to download file not locally from HFS server?
For example if HFS server is at my house and i connect to it from friend and I want to command HFS server to start downloading some program so when i come home it will be ready.

2. Can I execute commands on my computer via HFS thats located on same computer ?
Both questions related to xp os.
If there any scripts that can make those features possible please tell me.

ty sam etu progu probyval ? on mne pokazyvaet unicode mozhno toka esli v browsere perevodish s unicoda na hebrew v encoding...
