HFS ~ HTTP File Server / anyyone upload only admin download ?

Ok here is a silly question I have made a upload folder that I would like anybody to be able to upload to But only want the admin to be able to download from Can I do this ? and if so how ? I’m new to this but I find this is a really great program for sharing many thanks !

has anyone else found that HFS2.0 beta 5 has a real long lag before the program opens ? mine can take ages
