Bug reports / bug-tcp connection release.

windows 2008 server with 2G ram runs 2.3 beta269.
client is webserver stress tool7, and use 300 user to test HFS.
the server will happed zero available ram, and then to stop and exit, all RAM get back.
much tcp connections located in the screen and not to be release when errors happed.
