HTML & templates / How? Stream and Change Bitrate of *.mp3 files...

I just want to listen to my music on my phone through HFS. I have a blackberry working on EDGE (32 kb/s) so i really need to reduce the the bitrate of the songs before downloading on my phone... The other way that i guess will work, is streaming music with a low bitrate but is basically the same thing.
