router & port problems / PORT NOT FORWARDED !!!!

HI , i have installed HFS but the self test says that your ports are not forwarded. I am not using any router at my home. I am connected to internet through a wireless internet card. My ISP provides me with the IP 10.20.X.X(probably this is the private IP) but my public IP is 128.248.75.149. Guys please tell me how to forward a port as i dont use any router ?? The address bar in the HFS software module is the 10.20.x.x:7000.
