The two problems solved. 

Now I get another error.   [Fatal Error] HSLib [32]. File not found 'wsocket.dcu.

I downloaded OverbyteIcsV7_Alpha1.zip from http://www.overbyte.be
I gave him the path in the project options and the error remains.
