HFS ~ HTTP File Server / using 2 different connection

hello guys.
lets say I have 2 PC in my office. and both of them can be connected to Internet. with Max download of 300kbps and max upload of 60kbps for each connection. is there anyway to use both connections to host my server so i can have better upload speed for my server ?

hello guys.
unfortunately no one is able to get into my site and get anything.
I think lots of people tried to come in but they got 404 error

this is what i can see on the right side of HFS. I'm not using Firewall.  :?
can anyone help me please ?
