Bug reports / Bug with unicode characters

Hello.
I use Polish version of Windows where few international characters exist.
When I try to upload or download a file with the name which includes such character, after transferring the file its name changes to something strange.
I guess it has something with unicode.
Can it be resolved in any way?
Also I'd like to thanx author for this amazing software
