Bug reports / How to disable external user access to the /`folder.tar?recursive Option

I'm currently seeing lots of traffic on my HFS site with the log show the following:
  Date/Time IP Address   GET /~folder.tar?recursive

I know that this is a valid Address Operation, but HOW can I Disable it!

Damn Hackers!!!
