no, i mean when the log file is created, it will have the seconds also in it's file name, like this 'HH:MM:SS', not a new log file every second , it will be the time that the log file was created, and in the timestamps inside the log file that will have SS also

there is no progress bar after the log to file is enabled and it just shows 3-digit numbers
